Velora Logix ("we", "us", "our") provides white-label GoHighLevel services to marketing agencies, including A2P registration, client onboarding, client support, funnel and website builds, and automation. Client account information: when an agency gives us access to its HighLevel account to deliver our services, we may access business and contact data stored there. We use it only to perform the work requested.
Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.

To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and provide our services

3. SMS / text messaging

When we work inside an agency's HighLevel account, the agency remains the owner of that data and is responsible for having the right consents from its own clients and contacts. We access only what we need to complete the requested work and do not use client data for our own marketing.
