Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of veloralogix.com and the services provided by Velora Logix ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Velora Logix provides white-label GoHighLevel services for agencies, including A2P 10DLC registration support, client onboarding, client support, funnels and websites, workflow automation, and AI and n8n integrations. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed with you before work begins.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the account access we need to do the work
• Keep your own HighLevel subscription and third-party accounts active and paid
• Make sure you and your clients have proper consent for any SMS, email or calls sent through systems we build
• Comply with all applicable laws, including carrier rules, TCPA and anti-spam laws

3. A2P registration

We prepare and submit A2P registrations according to current carrier and HighLevel requirements. Final approval is decided by mobile carriers and their partners, so we cannot guarantee approval. If a registration we prepared is rejected, we will revise and resubmit it at no extra service charge. Carrier, registration and messaging fees are charged separately by HighLevel or the carriers and are not included in our prices.

4. Payments

• One-time projects are paid as agreed, usually in advance or with a deposit.
• Monthly services are billed in advance each month and continue until cancelled.
• Discounts and promotional prices apply only to the services and period stated in the offer.
• Work may be paused if payment is overdue.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Monthly services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. Fees for work already completed or time already spent are not refundable. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, tell us and we will work with you to fix it.

6. White-label and confidentiality

We work under your agency's brand and will not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to. We keep your business and client information confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

7. Ownership

Once paid in full, the workflows, funnels and websites we build for you belong to you. We may reuse general methods and know-how, and with your permission we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio.

8. Limitation of liability

Our services depend on third-party platforms such as HighLevel, carriers and integrations that we do not control. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or decisions. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
